Quantity Surveyor job to work on new housing developments in the Caribbean

Project Details

A fixed term appointment to work on a range of smaller high end residential projects.
Mostly built using concrete and drylined, with exterior works, retaining walls and swimming pools.  Luxury high end finishing of apartments is essential.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Establish budgets
• Manage budgets
• Supervise trades
• Mostly post contract cost and contract work
• Budgeting for labor and materials. 
• Managing labor budgets and approving releases or payments.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in the luxury residential sector is preferred
• Experience of working in the Caribbean or internationally is advantageous

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

UK experience is preferred although experience of working in a location like the Caribbean is also desirable.
