As of May 2015 I will have completed my first full year with Maxim Recruitment. I've been mainly recruiting Quantity Surveyors, Claims professionals, and Planning staff in the busy U.K construction market. Time has flown by, and this can largely be attributed to the fact it's been a busy, successful, and enjoyable year!

Apprenticeship and graduate schemes are on the up. All of the large international construction corporations offer ‘get paid to learn’ schemes of one kind or another. Many offer several tiers from initial school leaver programs to intermediate and higher level schemes leading to professional qualifications. Most of the programs include some study with a local college or university. And many of the companies also offer help for those at the higher levels to obtain qualifications that will be recognised by professional bodies.
