Quantity Surveyor

Exciting client side role in Hong Kong! Our client, a prestigious international consultancy, is looking to appoint an energetic Quantity Surveyor to be stationed in Hong Kong and work on Japanese integrated resort developments.

The perfect opportunity for candidates with fluent Japanese and Cantonese communication skills looking for client side experience. 

Project Details

You’ll be stationed in Hong Kong with regular travel to Japan. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Your job duties will reflect your years of experience and may include:

• Provide accurate and timely cost planning advice
• Provide cost and commercial advice at all stages of the project development process and property life-cycle.
• Provide reliable cost, value and risk advice
• Preparing tender documents
• Assisting your supervisor with their day-to-day duties

Desired Skills and Experience

• Japanese and Cantonese speaking is essential 
• 2-10 years’ experience gained in professional QS consultancy or main contractor role

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
