跟英國構思中擴建希思羅機場,蓋特威克機場和城市機場的計畫不一樣,我一直認為香港赤臘角機場擴建第三跑道設施的計劃事在必行。在現階段雖然還不知道這個計劃會否真的實行, 但顯然在法律的觀點上,此計劃所引起有關環境方面和實際進行的關注及擔憂已經被克服。
