2014 was a good year for the Engineering and Construction industry. In 2003, Hong Kong’s construction sector experienced some down time. But over the past year, it has been booming. Data from the Hong Kong Census and Statistics Department indicates that the city's construction sector achieved positive growth in 2014. Real growth for construction industry value grew by 3.1% in real terms in Q1 2014.
