The successful candidate will work across a range of commercial and residential schemes, delivering cost management and contract administration services for prestigious clients. Salary up to £70k.

The successful London Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead delivery for multiple high-value residential and commercial developments.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage multiple projects and clients, providing cost management expertise throughout all project phases:
- Preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
- Leading procurement processes and contract negotiations
- Managing valuations, variations, and cost reporting during construction
- Supporting junior team members and providing technical guidance
- Maintaining client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Reporting to the Director and contributing to business growth
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within a cost consultancy environment
- Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial construction projects
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Client-facing experience with ability to work independently on commissions
- Enthusiastic and collaborative team player
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- MRICS qualification essential
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
