Client-side Senior Project Manager role with a multidisciplinary consultancy business in Dublin.

Project Details
Senior Project Manager role will be to manage and deliver large-scale transformation programmes and projects to time, cost and quality.
This Irish consulting practice operates in various sectors such as energy, utilities, transport, housing and healthcare.
To be able to successfully carry out this role you should have previously worked in programme and project management, business or digital transformation roles, either in industry or in a client-side Consulting role.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing and executing large-scale transformation programmes within specified timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.
- Leading the delivery of major projects, encompassing business process refinement, rigorous testing, and comprehensive end-user training, while collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders.
- Building great relationships with both external clients and internal colleagues, while cultivating a robust business portfolio through strategic identification of high-impact opportunities.
- Leading the development of presentations and proposals for projects of medium to high complexity, offering profound subject matter insights to enhance bid submissions.
- Pioneering innovative commercial perspectives for clients, customizing methodologies to align with operational dynamics and cultural nuances, and actively contributing to industry thought leadership.
- Championing operational enhancements by overseeing Quality & Risk Management (QRM) initiatives at engagement and account levels, ensuring adherence to our Q&RM standards across the project team.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Approximately 10-15 years of Project Management experience of managing and delivering large-scale projects, and transformation programmes, including project planning and monitoring, resource management (including project finances), benefits realisation
- Approximately 5 years of experience in a management consulting or similar advisory role in industry or the public sector
- Ideal candidates will have multidisciplinary experience including project management, business process design, testing the solution and end-user training.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programmes.
- Good understanding of project governance and change management principles.
- PRINCE2® or PMP professional qualifications are desirable.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related field
