The successful candidate will hold experience acting as a Quantum Expert on international arbitrations. You will work within a close-knit team, engaging directly with Who’s Who Legal-recognized experts on major global disputes.

Responsibilities and Duties
Some of your duties will include:
- Provide highly analytical expert opinions with expert reports and joint statements for formal dispute resolution proceedings.
- Draft detailed and accurate reports including the cost and claims provided on major disputes.
- Providing support to colleagues providing submissions to the International Court of Arbitration (ICC), including analysing implemented changed design and increased costs.
- Assist with the meticulous review of contemporaneous data to analyse the dispute in infrastructure projects in ICC.
- Liaise with numerous parties both internally and externally to generate required information and documentation.
- Support and train junior staff
Desired Skills and Experience
- A background in Quantity Surveying, ideally for major reputable employees and large-scale projects.
- Experience writing reports for arbitration.
- Ready to/ has taken own appointments.
- Ideally experience testifying
- Comfortable in business development and proven work winning capabilities, or at the stage of winning work.
- Ability to approach tasks methodically and analytically.
- Incredibly meticulous and thorough in the work that you do.
- Experience training and coaching junior staff
- A personable and professional manner.
- A high standard of written and spoken English
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Must be Degree qualified in a relevant subject (or similar equivalent).
- Ideally qualified in a MSc or LLM in Construction Law. Although full sponsorship towards this can be offered.
