UK & Canada Recruitment team visiting Hong Kong on a Recruitment Mission

I am looking forward to visiting Hong Kong, with the UK and Canada director of Maxim Recruitment Steve Thomas from 23rd of June till 30th of June. If you are interested in setting up a meeting locally in Hong Kong please get in touch with either of us directly.
Upon arrival we are looking forward to being greeted by Richard Poulter, the Director of Maxim Recruitment operations in Hong Kong, Asia & Australia. I am sure that he will do a great job showing me around Hong Kong as it is my first visit to the region, and perhaps introducing me to some tasty local cuisine!
During my stay in Hong Kong Steve and I will have a lot of time to meet and network with premium construction industry candidates who are currently located in Hong Kong. We are particularly interested in meeting with potential job seekers who would look at relocation to the UK or to Canada.
We have many Quantity surveying, Cost consulting, Project management, Planning, Engineering and other construction jobs available for Hong Kong residents who have graduated and are working in the professional technical construction industry. The team at Maxim Recruitment strongly welcomes CV applications from Hong Kong candidates considering a move from Hong Kong to other parts of the world.
Richard, Steve and myself are super excited to be attending The Lighthouse House Hong Kong 2023 annual Ball, which will be taking place on 24th of June. The theme of this year is Silver Soiree, which means that I will have to do my best to find a shimmery silver gown in time!
The Lighthouse Club is a charity organisation committed to supporting the construction industry worldwide through the promotion of good fellowship among its members and providing support and assistance to construction industry members in times of distress. Our own Richard Poulter is the Chair of the Social & Fund-Raising Subcommittee of The Lighthouse Club Hong Kong which is organising this year’s ball. I am anticipating a fun evening and some fundraising for a great cause, and opportunity to network with some of the key players in the Hong Kong construction industry too!

Lastly, in my free time I am planning on doing lots of sightseeing and exploring the unique city of Hong Kong. It offers a blend of modernity and rich cultural heritage, street markets and shopping, a diverse range of culinary experiences and vibrant nightlife scene. The city is surrounded by mountains, stunning countryside and beaches for when I fancy a more chilled out hiking day, although I am told it is a rather hot time of year!
Hong Kong seems to be a wonderful place to visit, work and live in and I am looking forward to experiencing this city first hand.
