Fit Out Project Manager

One of the most exciting project management jobs in Hong Kong. A highly regarded main contractor is looking to appoint a self starting, energetic and forward thinking Contractor Side Project Manager to manage the successful and safe delivery of mega fit out and ABWF works at the new HK Airport project.  

Project Details

You will stationed in the client's project site office at HK Airport.  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement an efficient project management system, management tools, to efficiently control 70 plus Hong Kong ABWF subcontractors working progress. 
• Attend regular meetings with clients to readily understand the needs of the Client 
• Implement a risk management system to mitigate risks commencing with the priority construction activities for the next 3-5 months.
• Capable to identify potential claim issues to the subcontractors and the client and generate correspondence with all relevant stakeholders. 

Desired Skills and Experience

• 30 years of relevant construction fit out experience
• Deep understands ABWF construction.
• Previous experience on projects related to AAHK, MTRC, HK government projects. 
• English, Cantonese, Mandarin. Client is open to language skills. 

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.  Site experience is more important
