About Delay Professionals

Your career as a Delay Analyst is usually begins once you have a few years of construction experience in one of a few possible disciplines. The usual discipline is predominantly construction planning, however people often come from a construction management or engineering background as the delay skills can be taught within some of the more established organisations.

You can often earn a far higher salary as a successful Delay Analyst, especially at the senior levels, than you otherwise might as a Senior Planner / Planning Manager within a Contracting or general Consulting organisation.
