Katie is a specialist resourcer, supporting Maxim consultants in the UK, Canada and Hong Kong offices to shortlist and approach candidates for premium client vacancies. She has a strong understanding of recruiting across the construction industry, in particular for Construction Claims, Dispute and Expert Witness specialists, Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers, Programme Managers, Programme Directors and Project Managers.
Katie brings to the Maxim team her strong emotional intelligence skills and provides recruitment support to our UK and Canadian work. Katie has experience of searching, identifying and interviewing candidates across the construction industry around the world.
