Site Manager
A Freelance Site Manager is required to work a minimum of 18 weeks on a hotel refurbishment project in Evesham in Worcestershire. The successful candidate will have previous experience of acting in a Site Management role on hotel projects.
Project Details
The project is the refurbishment of an Evesham based hotel that is scheduled for an 18 week duration. This could be an 18 week contract and there could also be a temp to perm option depending on future work in this area.
Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will be site based in Evesham, Worcestershire and report to the Operational Director of the business. Typical duties will combine managing the day to day running of the site and regularly reporting progress to the Director. You will deal with the day to day issues that arise on site and ensure the project is kept on schedule and to the high standards expected by the business.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Candidates should have experience as a Site Manager or similar role specifically on hotel projects
- Experience of working for reputable contractors
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Qualifications and training such as SMSTS, CSCS, Health & Safety related training / certificates, First Aid are all advantageous.
