Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee and manage a site team of 4 QS
- Subcontractor management
- VO/CFI/Claims preparation/Negotiation
- Record collating
- Deliver projects within budget
- Maximize revenue
- Maintain good relationship with clients
Desired Skills and Experience
- Candidate with Macau casino/resort construction and procedures knowledge highly preferred
- MEP experience preferred, but not essential
- Experience in managing and leading a small team of commercial staff
- Proactive and confident
- Candidate can start by mid-February preferred
- Fluent in spoken and written English is essential
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

The successful candidate will be joining a well-established and multi-disciplined consulting firm. He or She will be seconded to a multinational M&E contractor for their projects in Macau. The employer provides very attractive salary, plus discretionary bonus, medical and work-related educational sponsorship.
