A, experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is needed for a top tier, main contractor to work on the improvement of Water Treatment works based in the West London area.
Project Details
You will be working on the highly reputable AMP6 project and will split your time between Swindon and London.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Contract administration
- Subcontractor management
- Conducting valuations
- Conducting measurements
- Cost value reconciliations
- Change schedule management
- Variations (compensation/additional time/ additional works)
- Pricing compensation
- Client liaison management
- Preparation of claims
- Preparation of final accounts
- Issuing Interim payments certificates
Desired Skills and Experience
- You should have experience working for a main contracting organisation in the water sector
- Past experience as a QS/SQS is required in the construction or water sectors
- Ability to work independently would be desirable
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar is preferred
