One of the region's leading contracting companies, specialising in prestigious and large-scale building and civil engineering projects in Hong Kong is currently seeking a capable and high calibre Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its operations in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities and Duties

•  Prepare Sub-Contract tender documents, evaluate and analyse tenders and prepare subcontract tender reports;
•  Prepare and monitor monthly cost reports and budgets
•  Handle final project accounts;
•  Ensure that contractual notices are issued in accordance with conditions of contract;
•  Carry out regular on-site inspections
•  Handle cost control and contract administration
•  Report to the Commercial Manager

Desired Skills and Experience

•  Proven track record working as a Quantity Surveyor on large scale projects
•  Main contractor experience is preferred
•  Capable of handling your own designated project
•  Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
•  Able to work independently under minimum supervision;
•  Strong team player, self-motivated and hard work

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

•  Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
•  Professional chartered status such as MRICS is an advantage
