Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading civil engineering main contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a large scale civil engineering project in Hong Kong.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work with a well-known and respected civil engineering contractor in Hong Kong. You will be one of the lead commercial representatives on the project and will report in to the Commercial Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

•  Act of the lead commercial representative for the project
•  Identified commercial risks and opportunities
•  Provide commercial advice to other departments when required
•  Provide timely and accurate reports for senior management
•  Supervise any junior commercial staff on the project

Desired Skills and Experience

•  Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong
•  Main contractor experience is preferred
•  Civil engineering project experience is an advantage

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

•  Degree is Quantity Surveying
•  Professional chartered status such MRICS is an advantage
