A high calibre Senior Quantity Surveyor with civil infrastructure contracting experience is needed to join a major London Crossrail contract.
Project Details
One of the UK's major infrastructure civil engineering contractors is working on a major civil engineering Crossrail contract in Central London.
The project is technically challenging and a Senior Quantity Surveyor is needed for the contract administration, final account and claims stage.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the Interim main contract valuations
- Take responsibility for the change schedule management
- Supervise the pricing compensation events/variations
- Lead the Preparation of claims
- Lead the Preparation of final Accounts

Qualifications/Educational Requirements
A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is preferred
