Responsibilities and Duties
- Pre and post contract work
- Management of junior staff
- Client liaison
- Some business development work
Desired Skills and Experience
- This Senior Cost Manager role wold suit a Jnr Associate level or Snr Cost Manager level person seeking a challenging role in a totally new environment.
- Experience in the cost management of building related projects is required in both pre & post contract duties.
- Experience of account managing corporate or international clients is desirable
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- MRICS or equivalent strongly preferred
- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying required
- Fluent written and spoken English required
