Responsibilities and Duties
- Tender estimating
- Site evaluation, site measurement and certification of sub-contractors’ work progress claims
- Interim Payment submission and certification
- Variation order valuation
- Claims preparation, prolongation cost preparation and submission
- Settle final account with clients, consultants and/or subcontractors
- Stationed in Hong Kong with occasionally travel to China
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3 – 5 years of experience in construction, preferably with retail and corporate office interiors experience
- Experiences in claims handling, cost and contract management
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese is essential
- Good command in mandarin is a merit
- Ability to work under dynamic phase and stress
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree / diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related discipline
- MRICS, MHKIS or similar professional membership highly desired
