- Budget costings
- Payment applications
- Subcontractor subletting
- Contract administration
- Assist with contractual claims
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to other department if required
- Any of Quantity Surveying duties as required
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience working with a contracting firm in Hong Kong
- Large scale project experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Strong negotiation and teamwork skills
- Strong IT skills
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Professional qualification such as MRICS/MHKIS is preferred but not essential
