Quantity Surveyor

Excellent opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded construction company working on facade, fit- out and curtain walling building projects in Hong Kong. This position may require site based work

Project Details

High profile building projects in Hong Kong. You may be required to handle various projects at any one time.

Responsibilities and Duties

•  Manage and control the costs within projects
•  Manage Cost Planning, Estimating, Cost Analysis
•  Use Value Management to establish a project budget
•  Prepare and submit pricing documents for the tender submission of potential projects
•  Measurement and pricing of construction works to be performed
•  Commercial Management of project through to Final Account

Desired Skills and Experience

•  Relevant experience working in Hong Kong as a Quantity Surveyor
•  Previous fit out/façade project experience is an advantage
•  Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English
•  Good IT skills
•  Positive professional attitude

**Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Quantity Surveyor**

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

•  Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
•  Professional membership such as MRICS/MHKIS is an advantage but not essential
