An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required for a large scale construction project in Hong Kong. You will be site based working within a commercial team undertaking post contractor Quantity Surveying duties for the main contractor
Project Details
A large scale building development offering excellent project exposure for candidates looking to gain some large scale project experience
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for a wide range of duties including:
- Administration of main contracts
- Administration of subcontracts
- Handle cost control and budgeting
- Assist with procurement
- Assist with claims when required
- Any other QS duties when required
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience with a main contractor working as a Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong
- Building or Civil Engineering project experience is okay
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Chartered status is an advantage but not essential
