Quantity Surveyor
Project Details
The successful candidate will be required to work upon multiple refurbishment projects in Leeds.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be answerable to the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager. This role will require the successful candidate to perform a full spectrum of Quantity Surveyor duties, including, but not limited to:
- Contract administration
- Subcontractor management
- Conducting valuations
- Cost value reconciliations
- Change schedule management
- Variations (compensation/additional time/ additional works)
- Pricing compensation
- Client liaison management
- Preparation of final accounts
- Issuing Interim payments certificates
Desired Skills and Experience
- Excellent knowledge of the construction industry
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience on refurbishment projects is desirable
- IT literate
- Excellent verbal, written and mathematical skills
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree or similar equivalent in Quantity Surveying or similar revelent discipline
- RICS accredited
