Quantity Surveyor
A leading Hong Kong main contractor is seeking capable and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyors to work on large scale building projects. This well known main contractor has a proven history of completing large scale landmark projects and can provide excellent long term career development opportunities for successful candidates. This is a site based role reporting to the Commercial Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare and monitor budgets and costing
- Measure and value sub-contracts
- Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities
- Assist with budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at our construction sites.
- Any other Quantity Surveying related duties when required
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong
- Main Contracting experience is preferred
- Building project experience, preferable large scale project
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Strong IT skills
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS or MHKIS professional membership is preferred
