Project Details
The successful candidate will be required to work upon multiple new build projects with values ranging up to 30 million GDP. Projects will include: retail, health, education, office and residential buildings.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be answerable to the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager. This role will require the successful candidate to perform a full spectrum of Quantity Surveyor duties, including, but not limited to:
- Contract administration
- Subcontractor management
- Conducting valuations
- Cost value reconciliations
- Change schedule management
- Variations (compensation/additional time/ additional works)
- Pricing compensation
- Client liaison management
- Preparation of final accounts
- Issuing Interim payments certificates
Desired Skills and Experience
- Excellent knowledge of the construction industry
- Experience of working on new build projects is desirable
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- IT literate
- Excellent verbal, written and mathematical skills
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree or similar equivalent in Quantity Surveying
