Summary of Quantity Surveyor Job Vacancy - Doha
A rapidly growing consultancy offering a pre and post contract service in Qatar requires degree qualified (or similar equivalent) Quantity Surveyors to work in its Doha office. The successful candidate will join a business experiencing rapid growth and the vacancy will suit candidates looking to be more than a 'bum on a seat' at one of the larger consultancies in the region.
The company is registered with the RICS and will support all new employees who do not have their MRICS in completing this. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with no previous Middle Eastern experience to get that critical first opportunity in the region.
Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will join a commercial team of circa 15 - 20 staff doing pre and post contract work on exciting construction projects in Doha.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Some experience in a Quantity Surveying role with sole responsibility on projects valued above £1m is desired.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential
- Candidates from a main contracting or PQS background will be considered.
- No previous Middle Eastern experience necessary
