A high calibre Quantity Surveyor with civil infrastructure contracting experience is needed to join a major London Crossrail contract.
Project Details
One of the UK's major infrastructure civil engineering contractors is working on a major civil engineering Crossrail contract in Central London.
The project is technically challenging and the QS, commercial, contract administration and final account stage will be ongoing for some time to come.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Interim main contract valuations
- Change schedule management
- Pricing compensation events/variations
- Assist with Preparation of claims
- Assist with Preparation of final Accounts
