Project Quantity Surveyor

A reputable main contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a large scale development in Hong Kong. This is a site based role working within a large commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain mega scale project experience in Hong Kong.

Project Details

A HK$Billion building development with a number of years left until project completion

Responsibilities and Duties

•  Administration of main contracts
•  Administration of subcontracts
•  Handle cost control and budgeting
•  Material procurement
•  Handle contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims for our building project when required.
•  Any other QS related duties when required

Desired Skills and Experience

•  Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor
•  Large scale project experience is an advantage
•  Candidates with build or civil project experience will be considered

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

•  Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
•  MRICS/MHKIS membership is an advantage but not essential
