A leading international contractor who specialises in foundations and underground engineering works is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to work on a large MTR project in Hong Kong. Your role will be to help work on the final account for this project. This is a permanent employed role and you will be deployed other projects in Hong Kong once the initial assignment is complete.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Act as the lead commercial representative for the project
- Work towards the final account and project completion
- Handle all project commercial/contract matters
- Report to Senior Commercial Manager on project status
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong
- Contracting experience is preferred
- Experience with foundation/ground engineering works is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English
- good IT skills
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree is Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Chartered membership such as MRICS is an advantage
