Project Manager

An excellent opportunity for a seasoned, energetic client side Project Manager with high EQ to join a private family office and manage the safe and timely delivery to exacting specifications, of multiple luxury residential and commercial property developments in Hong Kong

Project Details

Luxury residential and commercial developments including partial demolition and rebuild, new build, high end fit out and FF&E. Foundations, retaining walls, concrete, stone and steelwork, external works, landscaping.

Responsibilities and Duties

•   Responsible for planning & design coordination, execution and construction supervision of various development projects;
•  Plan, monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget;
• To coordinate with consultants for preparation and submission of all necessary drawings and documents to government authorities for approval
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal parties with regard to the projects progress;
• Assist to evaluate the project feasibility;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Desired Skills and Experience

•              At least 10 years solid experience in Project Management with developers or major consultants;
•              Project management experience in high end residential projects from inception to completion;
•              Experience in luxury residential fitting out projects would be an advantage;
•              Conversant with planning, design, construction, project management and building regulations;
•              Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese;
•              Self-motivated, well organized and willing to work under pressure;
•              Good communication skills to collaborate both within and across teams.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Architecture or related disciplines;
• Registered or qualified architect in Hong Kong. Candidates who are qualified Authorized Person under HK Buildings Ordinance would be preferred;
