Professional Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities and Duties

• Preparation of tender reports Analysis, evaluation/assessment of tender reports Negotiation and contract formulation
• Review the preparation of cost plans
• Handling post tender qualification documents & procedures
• Preparation of recommendations for award of contractor packages
• Attending meetings with clients and contractors
• Management of junior Quantity Surveyors

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 8+ years of working experience from consulting or contractor companies
• Experience of managing junior and other quantity surveying staff will be an advantage
• Experience of working on public housing projects are required
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• A Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent degrees
• RICS or HKIS qualifications are required
