Procurement and Contracts Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Procurement and Contractors Manager to join a leading Hong Kong based client working on a mega scale project. You will be responsible for supervising and executing cost control and procurement and will report to Senior Management

A major construction project in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Implementation of procurement strategies
- Project cost management including cost engineering, vetting of cost estimates and project cost control and reporting
- Preparation of tender document packages for design, quantity surveying and other related consultancies and construction works contracts
- Management and administration of the entire prequalification, tendering, tender assessment and contract award process
- Contract administration of design, quantity surveying and other related consultancies and construction works contracts
- Close liaison with internal stakeholders and external consultants
- Providing professional training and advice to subordinates
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong track record of relevant experience in procurement and contract administration of major multi-disciplinary construction projects
- Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software tools
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines
- Member of HKIS / RICS or other equivalent professional bodies
