You will work closely with our senior consultants on high-profile projects, gaining valuable exposure to planning, delay analysis, and contractual claims processes.

With offices in Hong Kong and Singapore, we deliver tailored solutions that help clients navigate project risks, delays, and disputes with confidence.
Your job will be to handle claims for main contractor clients in Singapore. Client will provide excellent training and offer a competitive salary package.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining project schedules for civil infrastructure projects.
- Analyze project progress and identify potential delays or risks early.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather data and update planning documents.
- Support in the preparation of claims, delay assessments, and dispute documentation.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and relevant contractual frameworks.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in planning for civil infrastructure projects, ideally with exposure to delay analysis or claims.
- Strong knowledge of planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.
- Good understanding of civil construction processes and project lifecycle.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
