Managing Quantity Surveyor
A Managing Quantity Surveyor is required to work for one of the leading Cost and Project Management Consultancies in Bahrain. The successful candidate will work on a large residential scheme comprising of circa 5,000 new homes in Bahrain.

The successful candidate will operate as Managing Quantity Surveyor for the company on a residential scheme to develop 5,000 homes in Bahrain.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will work as the Managing Quantity Surveyor on this large scale residential development providing cost management advise to the client. You will have assistance from a small commercial team.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Due to the clients requirements to be approved on this project, you must have a minimum of 20 years post qualification experience as a Quantity Surveyor - Candidates should have a strong bias towards working for Cost / PM Consultancies rather than main contractors - Knowledge of working on large scale projects is desired. - Middle East experience would be advantageous, however is not essential.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Candidates must be degree qualified or hold a similar equivalent qualification recognised by the RICS - Candidates must hold full membership to the RICS (MRICS)
