Graduate or Assistant Quantity Surveyor - PQS
Responsibilities and Duties
You will be joining a busy Central London office as an assistant or graduate quantity surveyor and initially be focussed on commercial projects, with the opportunity to expand your experience as a quantity surveyor to other project sectors within the business. Your duties will encompass the full range of the Project Quantity Surveyor function in an assistant role, reporting to a senior staff member.
- Cost Plans/ Estimates
- Tender enquiry documents
- Bills of Quantity
- Take offs
- Feasibility reports
- Contractor liaison management
- Valuations
- Cost/ Value reconciliations
Desired Skills and Experience
- Work experience as an assistant or graduate quantity surveyor is looked upon favourably but is by no means essential
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent is ideal in Quantity Surveying or similar
