A leading construction consultancy is seeking a Cost Management Director to lead and grow their London cost management team.
The successful candidate will oversee major residential and mixed-use schemes, providing strategic cost advice and delivering excellence across pre- and post-contract services.

Responsibilities and Duties
The Director will lead project delivery teams and develop client relationships while maintaining commercial performance:
- Leading cost management commissions from feasibility through to final account
- Providing expert cost advice and strategic commercial guidance to clients
- Managing and mentoring a team of cost managers and quantity surveyors
- Overseeing procurement, tendering, and contract administration processes
- Supporting business development and contributing to new project bids
- Ensuring delivery of services in line with company quality standards and client expectations
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven leadership experience in cost management or quantity surveying within consultancy environments
- Strong track record in residential projects, including high-rise or mixed-use developments
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Commercially astute with strong business development acumen
- Ability to manage, motivate and grow high-performing project teams
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- MRICS qualification essential
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or equivalent discipline
