Development Manager
Development manager role in Central London for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Contracts Manager to guide property developments from pre planning to post completion. Projects are usually residential flat developments from 5-150 units
Project Details
To manage property development projects of flat developments from 5-150 units on site. To manage the development of multiple sites concurrently
Responsibilities and Duties
To take full responsibility for the cost and contracts function for a dynamic property developer working on a number of sites in Central London and Greater London
Desired Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable previous experience of managing the cost and contractual function on behalf of a property developer or speculative housing developer.
- Experience of liaising with contractors and subcontractors and completing profitable projects on time
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent is desirable
- MRICS or equivalent is desirable Other professional qualification or certification desirable to show capability in QS and commerical and contract management
