Responsibilities and Duties
You will be:
- Creating cost estimates and detailed cost plans
- Pooling cost data centre sources
- Market testing rates / bench marking in liaison with research and development
Desired Skills and Experience
- Good understanding reasonable technical knowledge of building technology and construction processes, with residential focus/bias (ideally hire-rise).
- Exceptionally Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft exceptionally strong skills and experience in Excel cost X, CAD measure, bespoke measuring programmes and tools generally; and with good skills and ability in Outlook Email, Calendar, word.
- The company is seeking applicants with proven experience, post-graduation, in cost planning experience in Cost Planning in a Client side role, but someone with some contractor experience may also be considered.
