Contracts Manager MEP
A well known and well respected Hong Kong company requires a experienced Estimator to join the Supply Chain & Administration Department to work within its Commercial & Contract Management section.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and capable Contracts Manager to work for a leading company in Hong Kong within the Commercial/Contracts department. The primary role is to handle pre and post contract duties related to MEP works, you will also be responsible for Facilitates Management term contracts within the company.
Project Details
Various MEP works within a portfolio on projects and pre and post contract stages
Responsibilities and Duties
- Review quality and accuracy of QS deliverables
- Work closely with the FM, Commercial and Contract Management teams
- Management and review the work of MEP QS consultants, contractors and suppliers
- Provide MEP related commercial advice to business managers
- Advise on effective procurement approach for MEP services
- Manage any junior MEP QS staff
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience working as a Contract Manager in Hong Kong
- MEP project experience is a distinct advantage
- Candidates with contracting, consultancy or client side experience will be considered
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Chartered status such as MRICS or MHKIS is an advantage
