Commercial Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will be the lead commercial contact on this project and report to the Commercial Director.

You will be responsible for the management of a team of Quantity Surveyors on this project, responsible for the typical day to day commercial and contractual issues.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Candidates must have a strong main contracting background with reputable International main contractors
• Previous experience of managing a large construction project from start to finish in the Middle East is required. Previous experience of high rise projects would be an advantage.
• Excellent demonstrable management skills
• Excellent knowledge and experience of preparing contractual letters, claims and variations on a frequent basis

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Qualified to degree standard or similar equivalent is essential
