Responsibilities and Duties
You will support the delivery and marketing of consultancy claims management and dispute resolution advice to key clients, and manage the delivery of first class services across a variety of sectors, which will usually be high value and complex both in the UK and overseas.
Responsibilities
- To assist provision of specialist expert advice internally and externally to Clients
- To actively contribute to the development and delivery of the full range of claims services
- Support development of Product innovation
- Support the marketing of Claims/Dispute Services provided by the company
Job Activities / Duties
- Support delivery of commission services in line with client briefs
- Support provision of coaching and training on specialist areas
- Support budget forecasting, income management and credit control on commissions
- Support Key Performance Indicators and business reporting on commissions
- Team meetings
Desired Skills and Experience
- Relevant construction degree is desired
- Quantity surveying / cost management experience
- Experience in providing claims management and dispute resolution services desirable
- Strong communication , presentation and facilitation skills
- Can do/team player behaviours
- Ability to identify work opportunities and have a 'convert' mentality
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- APC Candidate or Member of RICS (or similar construction profession) is preferred
