Associate Director
Responsibilities and Duties
The role will involve the management of a team of Quantity Surveyors in a busy London office, making good decisions for business and effectively maintain good client relationships in a professional and diligent manner whilst ensuring profitability for the business. You will be responsible for a range of pre and post contract duties.
Duties will include (not limited to):
- Creating cost estimates and detailed cost plans
- Budget estimating
- Preparation of tender documents
- Reporting on tenders
- Assembly of contract documentation
- Cost reporting
- Interim valuations
- Agreement of final accounts
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven Cost Management experience for a reputable consultancy on large projects in the building sector
- Previous line management experience is essential for this role
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree qualification or equivalent is desired
- Member of a relevant professional body such as the RICS is desired.
