Assistant Quantity Surveyor - PQS

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensuring highest quality of service delivery to Clients
• Provision of pre contract project control and responsibility
• Post Contract Administration
• Cost Plans/ Estimates
• Tender enquiry documents
• Bills of Quantity
• Take offs
• Feasibility reports
• Contractor liaison management
• Valuations
• Cost/Value reconciliations

Desired Skills and Experience

• Have relevant technical delivery experience within an end client or consultancy is desirable
• Ability to build long-term relationships
• Have a track record of working with teams and differing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
• Be a team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline is preferred
• Be working towards your APC is desirable
