Assistant Quantity Surveyor

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor wanting to work for large scale to tier construction company in Hong Kong.

Project Details

Large building and civil engineering projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with reviewing contract documentation
• Assist in identifying value variations
• Handle subcontract payments, cost analysis
• Handle budgeting control, measurement, and collation of records.
• Assist with any other Quantity Surveying related duties as directed

Desired Skills and Experience

•  At least 2 - 3 years post graduate experience working in Hong Kong in Quantity Surveying
•  Experience with a main contractor or sub-contractor is an advantage
•  Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
•  Good I.T. skills

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

 Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
