Assistant Project Manager Facades

A hands on regional design and build façade specialist is seeking to appoint at the very earliest an energetic and self motivated Assistant Project Manager Facades to join its Hong Kong team.

Project Details

You will be based on various project sites around Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities and Duties

For this Facades Assistant Project Manager in Hong kong:

• You will be the interface between all facets of a project life cycle from design development, fabrication, shipping and construction/installation. 
• You will be the point of contact between the Project Manager and the sub contractors and construction manages across multiple projects and are to ensure the desired project objectives are delivered. 
• Implement an appropriate and effective project or programme management framework, incorporating necessary review processes as required across all facets of project life cycle.           
• Manage the project budget and control changes, variations following client approval
• Determine and manage risks that may affect the project in anyway, particularly schedule, budget or quality.
• Assist the design team and delivery team in the resolution of problems
• Manage the relationships between all project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and outcomes.
• Manage the individual teams within the project life cycle to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved

Desired Skills and Experience

For this Facades Assistant Project Manager in Hong Kong, the successful candidate will:

• Have a track record in managing end to end facade projects
• Possess an attitude towards design and delivery that is of the highest order. 
• Understand the entire facade delivery process from concept, design analysis, fabrication and construction phases. 
• Conduct themselves in line with the client's core values of the business and lead by example in maintaining client culture

• Act with honesty and integrity in everything they do
• Work as a team to achieve common goals
• Strive to deliver innovative solutions
• Have exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in building studies or related discipline
